You can use a search bar plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/ajax-search-for-woocommerce/ this and use the shortcode which is (In this plugin [wcas-search-form] ) in your theme editor or page template. It will enable a live search for the WooCommerce products.

If there is a widget area on your header, you can navigate to your Widgets section in WordPress and add the search widget on your header. Or you can also look for any theme options that let’s you add custom widgets in header.
