How to create a Google form

I am new to the Google form. I want to know how can I create a Google form where users can submit their details and I can collect them. Can anybody help me regarding this?

  1. Go to Google Forms page
  2. Either choose a template, create a blank form.
  3. Edit the form, and save it.
