No. Currently it is not possible to move your WhatsApp to the SD card in order to save some extra space. However, you can move all the downloaded media from the WhatsApp account to your SD card. As the medias such as WhatsApp images, Videos, GIFs, etc. consumes most of the space on your device, moving them to your SD card will help to save a ton of your device storage.
